Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. Please make sure to carefully read the product title, description, and details before purchasing.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we’ll gladly refund the duplicate. Please contact us [here].

  2. Technical Issues with the Product
    If you encounter a reproducible technical problem that cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund. To qualify, you must provide specific information about the issue and how it occurs.

  3. Product Misrepresentation
    A product is considered misrepresented if it does not match the described function or if promised files/items are missing. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions about appearance or quality.

    Example:

    • Misrepresented: The product description promised clean lines, but the delivered file is pixelated.

    • Not misrepresented: You feel the product “doesn’t look good” or isn’t as high quality as other items you’ve purchased.


Refunds Will Not Be Processed For

  • Change of mind, loss of interest, or discovering another product you prefer.

  • Lack of skills, expertise, or compatible software to use the product (software requirements are clearly listed in the description).

  • Accidental purchases after the product has been downloaded.

  • Subjective opinions about quality, style, or suitability.

  • Download issues caused by internet speed, stability, or device limitations.

  • Technical issues that cannot be proven with sufficient evidence.

  • Purchases made over 30 days ago.
